The towing protocol at Fox River Mall is if a vehicle has been left on property for longer than 72 hours at one time, Security will place a parking violation notice on the windshield each night it is left on property. Security will also contact Grand Chute Police Department to come and place a 48-hour notice sticker after the original 72 hours has passed. After the 48-hour notice has passed, Grand Chute Police Department will remove/tow the vehicle off property at the owner’s expense.
